The most important thing is that you're comfortable at all times. We'll ask that you remove all jewelry and undress to your level of comfort, this usually means down to underwear, or nothing as we keep you properly draped with the sheets at all times . Typically we have you start face down, under the sheets, with your head resting comfortably in the face cradle, then half way through the massage we have you turn onto your back and slide down off the head cradle so we can work on the front of the body. Let us know if you have any injuries, allergies, or sensitivities. You may get congested being face down, this is normal and don't be afraid to ask for a tissue or to put your head to the side if needed.  Bathroom use is recommended before your session begins however we can provide you with a robe if needing to step out mid session. Things like table temperature, pressure, music volume, bolstering can all be adjusted so don't hesitate to ask! Post massage its possible to feel a bit sore if not used to getting regular bodywork so it is important that you're adequately hydrated the day of and days following your massage.

E- certificates are available, as well as paper certificates in office.. If you are booking a surprise for someone and want to take care of payment you can let us know in the notes.  In this case the card put on file can be charged the day of the appointment and gratuity can also be added with an emailed receipt.

Insurance Reimbursement

Square should be able to accept most FSA & HSA cards like a credit card transaction. Additionally its possible to be reimbursed for your appointment by your insurance company, they require a copy of the receipt and may ask for appointment notes showing its for medicinal purposes. Please check with your insurance company to find out if your next session can be partially or fully reimbursed.

My philosophy for giving a massage treatment is that its you're time so it should be exactly what you need. I envisioned giving my clients the opportunity to try new techniques as well as have the ability to create a truly custom massage for a set price. I’m proud to offer a variety of complimentary add ons to help you get the most out of your treatment. I believe it’s the little touches of a small massage studio that create a more personal experience. From my handmade, organic products I create for my seasonally themed treatments to the flexibility of booking and the unique modalities I offer, I want every client to know they’ll get my best and I appreciate their business.
